چکیده
Abstract. RAMSES is the operational spectrometric fluorescence and Raman lidar at Lindenberg Meteorological Observatory. It employs three spectrometers, with UVA spectrometer (378–458 nm spectral range) being latest to be implemented in 2018. The extends measurement range shorter wavelengths than previously accessible, its water vapor measurements can corrected for effects. First new experimental setup of near-range receiver, which integrates spectrometer, described. Then it detailed how absolutely calibrated spectra are merged those obtained second (440–750 range). part this study dedicated effect aerosol on lidars. When aerosols present, a fluorescence-induced error always arises therefore requires thorough analysis, even though particularly significant (in relative terms) only when atmosphere dry, signal strong, or bandwidth detection channels wide. For moisture method introduced that effectively eliminates systematic error. However, increase trueness comes expense precision. investigations further show an accurate correction impossible not equipped but single receiver channel only, least biomass burning aerosol, because given backscatter coefficient wavelength auxiliary channel, induced humidity vary widely due changing shape spectrum, depends type atmospheric state possibly also other factors.

Absolute Calibration of the Auger Fluorescence Detectors
Absolute calibration of the Pierre Auger Observatory fluorescence detectors uses a light source at the telescope aperture. The technique accounts for the combined effects of all detector components in a single measurement. The calibrated 2.5 m diameter light source fills the aperture, providing uniform illumination to each pixel. The known flux from the light source and the response of the acqu...
متن کاملNanobiosensors and fluorescence based biosensors: An overview
A biosensor can sense biological elements after interaction with the recognition element. The signal produced due to interaction of the analyte with its biochemical element is transduced by a transducer and detected by appropriate modes. The miniaturization of these biosensors at the nano level using nanostructures as a platform for sensing the analyte or its detection is called a nanobiosensor...
متن کاملMitigation of Rayleigh and Raman spectral interferences in multiway calibration of excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra.
A weighted parallel factor analysis (W-PARAFAC) model is applied to excitation-emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectra of carbamate pesticides to aid with calibration in the presence of Raman scattering. Traditional PARAFAC inefficiently models the Raman scattering, resulting in prediction and calibration errors when a significant background is present. Four different weighting strategies we...

Objective(s):The objective of this study was to investigate the interaction of daunorubicin (DNR) and cardiac myosin (CM) and the changes in mice hearts to exhibit DNR-induced cardiotoxicity . Materials and Methods:The interaction between DNR and CM was expressed using fluorescence quenching at pH 4.0-9.0 and 15-37 °C. DNR-induced cardiotoxicity was studied using in vivo experiment. Forty grou...
متن کاملMeasurements of Raman scattering and fluorescence from atmospheric aerosols by a mutil-channels lidar spectrometer system
To better understand and quantify aerosol radiative forcing and reduce the uncertainty of its climate effect, it is of vital importance to realize the aerosol components classification and quantification. For this purpose, we developed a powerful lidar system employed a multi-channels spectrometer, with capabilities of providing high spatial and temporal resolution measurements of Raman scatter...
